The associates will have immediate opportunities to be integral members of experienced trial teams that actually try cases: taking depositions; arguing motions; preparing witness examinations; preparing pre-trial motions, including summary judgment motions and motions in limine; preparing jury instructions; and participating in trials. Excellent academic credentials, California bar admission, strong research and writing ability, aptitude for oral advocacy, and attention to detail and winning strategies are required.
