The position offers the flexibility to be based in any of the firm’s U.S. offices, working with a collaborative and experienced team engaged in high-stakes district court and ITC patent litigation, and trade secret disputes involving complex technologies. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and two to five years of experience focused on patent litigation. An undergraduate technical background is preferred but not required for candidates with substantial patent litigation experience.
