2026 Princeton 2L Summer Associate

Baker Donelson summer associates engage in substantive, challenging assignments across a broad range of practice areas. They receive structured, personalized feedback throughout their assignments and have opportunities to attend trials, hearings, depositions, negotiations, and client meetings. The summer program is designed to closely mirror the experience of being a Baker Donelson associate. Please include your resume and cover letter indicating your office of interest. We also ask that you upload a copy of your law school transcript. The 2L salary in our Princeton office is $3,558 per week.
