Clark Hill PLC is in need of an experienced (5 years+) Paralegal for the Tax and Estate Planning business unit in our Birmingham, MI office. This person will be responsible for the preparation of client’s tax returns, estate planning documents, and probate and trust administration. Qualified candidates should possess excellent computer skills, strong math skills, and a high-level attention to detail. Qualified candidates should also possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate is required. A background in Tax, Accounting or Finance is preferred. (Submissions from external recruiters are not accepted at this time).
