Candidates should have three to five years of experience in all aspects of trademark law practice, including litigation, oppositions, cancellation proceedings, opinion work, client counseling, clearance, domain name disputes, and trademark and copyright prosecution. Candidates should possess superior academic credentials, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
