<p><b> Position Summary</b></p>
<p> HackerOne is looking for a Commercial Counsel to be a “hands-on” member of the legal team and support the company in its mission to build a safer internet. You will be asked to leverage your contract negotiation and drafting skills and to collaborate cross-functionally with teams at HackerOne, all while working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.</p>

<p><b> What You Will Do</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p> Draft and negotiate a high volume of SaaS agreements, distribution agreements, reseller agreements, data processing agreements, NDAs, and other ancillary documents relating to HackerOne’s products and services.</p></li>
<li><p> Review product and commercial matters, including vendor and partnership agreements, go-to-market enablement, and other matters as they arise.</p></li>
<li><p> Advise on corporate governance matters, audits, annual report filings, and other corporate transactions.</p></li>
<li><p> Work cross-functionally on a variety of legal matters to support business development and innovation across markets.</p></li>
<li><p> Contribute positively to the legal team and to the company.</p></li>
<li><p> Provide clear and pragmatic legal advice to non-lawyers on a mix of commercial and corporate matters.</p></li>

<p><b> Minimum Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p> Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school (JD) and bar admission in good standing in your practice jurisdiction.</p></li>
<li><p> 5 years of legal experience at a law firm or in-house, including transactional experience and ideally with international exposure.</p></li>
<li><p> Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change within a rapidly growing company.</p></li>
