Summary of Position: Civitas Resources, Inc. (“Civitas”; NYSE: CIVI) is multi-basin exploration and production company and is Colorado’s first carbon-neutral oil and gas producer. The Company is conducting a national search for an experienced, motivated individual with excellent academic and professional credentials to fill the position of Litigation Counsel. The position will be responsible for providing comprehensive litigation-centered legal services to the Company’s Rockies and Permian business units. The position will report to Civitas’s Associate General Counsel and will be based in a Civitas office location of the candidate’s choosing in Denver (CO), the Woodlands (TX), or Midland (TX).
