<p> Seeking experienced corporate counsel to provide coverage during parental leave of our Associate General Counsel. Expected timeframe is April and May, 2023.</p>
<p></p>
<p><b> In this role, you will have the opportunity to:</b></p>
<ul>
<li> Negotiate complex contractual arrangements related to product development and research initiatives</li>
<li> Advise on customer contract negotiations</li>
<li> Review work of contracts team members</li>
<li> Assist on projects related to the protection of intellectual property and compliance with data privacy laws</li>
<li> Provide other legal assistance to the General Counsel on an as-needed basis</li>
</ul>

<p><b> Who we're looking for:</b></p>
<ul>
<li> JD from accredited law school</li>
<li> Member of the bar in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction</li>
<li> 5 plus years of contract review and negotiation experience.</li>
</ul>

<p><b> Location:</b> This role can be performed remotely.</p>
