**Legal Fellow (Limited Term)** **University of Notre Dame** The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a **Legal Fellow (Limited Term)**. **Applications will be accepted until 11/9/2022.** Notre Dame Law School is offering a post-graduation Legal Fellow position inconnection with the Exoneration Justice Clinic. The Fellow will work for two-years following graduation as a member of the Exoneration Justice Clinic, investigating and litigating wrongful conviction cases. The Fellow will work under the direction of the Director and the Staff Attorney. He/she will be responsible for chairing the Intake Committee, which decides which cases will be accepted for legal representation by the Clinic. The Fellow will oversee the day-to-day activities of students investigating wrongful conviction cases. The Fellow will also participate in field-work case investigations and post-conviction litigation, including participating in court hearings as needed. This is a 2-yr limited term position. **Minimum Qualifications:** * J.D. required. * Licensed attorney in Indiana. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Ideal candidate will have participated in the Exoneration Justice Clinic or Wrongful Conviction Externship as a law student. * A candidate with a minimum of three years of trial or appellate litigation experience is highly preferred. **ABOUT NOTRE DAME:** The University of Notre Dame, founded in 1842 by Rev.
