The Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3-5 years of broad corporate transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have experience representing banks,specialty lenders, insurance companies and/or other financial institutions insingle-lender and syndicated secured credit facilities, revolving lines ofcredit, mezzanine debt transactions, unsecured credit facilities, notepurchases and debt private placements and would have solid transactionalexperience in a prominent finance group of a national law firm. Securities experience is a plus but not required. Top law firm experience, excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.
