Key Requirements: Strong background in managed care litigation, experience litigating reimbursement disputes between healthcare providers and payors. Experience in provider side representation and ongoing active interest in managed care litigation. Ability to analyze intricate legal issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely. Minimum experience of 2 to 4 years, ideally gained at a large or specialized firm. Senior Associates, Associates, and Sr. Counsel are expected in the office at least two days a week, while Counsel, Staff Counsel, and Patent Agents are expected one day a week.
