Job Description: Holland & Knight’s San Francisco office has an immediate opening for a real estate attorney with 3-5 years of transactional experience that should include responsibility for complex real estate and/or corporate transactions. The role is transactional, related to mixed-use developments, and involves significant drafting, including carrying complex concepts through multiple documents. A writing sample reflecting competency in complex transactional drafting is required. A background in mixed-use or residential development and/or hospitality is a plus but not a prerequisite. Admission to practice in CA, immediate transferable skills, a strong academic background, and detailed and technically proficient writing skills are also essential.
