Job Description: Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated associate to join the Wealth Strategies team in Toledo, Ohio. The candidate must have 0-3 years of experience with a strong working knowledge, or willingness to learn, estate planning, probate administration and trust administration. An LL.M. in taxation or estate planning is preferred, but not required. Experience with federal estate tax returns (Form 706) and federal gift tax returns (Form 709) is a plus.
