Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 5-7 years’ of prior experience defending civil litigation cases. Requirements • Licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho; • In addition, licensed to practice law in the State of Montana, preferred; • A strong work ethic and the ability to independently manage case files; • Excellent communication and analytical skills; • Exceptional research and writing skills; • Interest in marketing and client development; • Ability to travel; and, • Trial experience.
