The New York office of Paul Hastings is seeking a Finance Senior Associate or Counsel with 7+ years of experience to join the firm’s rapidly growing finance practice. This position may be located in any of our U.S. offices. The group’s clients consist of many high-profile bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds, BDCs, mezzanine funds and hedge funds. This position involves direct client contact and will provide many opportunities for business development training and participation. Candidate must have experience executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. Asset based lending experience a plus but not required.
