Qualified candidates will be a self-starter with great client management skills, superior academic credentials and previous large law firm experience. Candidates will also have 3-6 years of corporate tax experience, including real estate funds or corporate M&A experience. Fund formation and acquisitions of portfolio companies by private equity funds, structuring of inbound foreign investment, real estate finance experience would be ideal.
