Buchanan currently has an available position at our Philadelphia Office for a Mid/Senior level Attorney who has 5-8 years’ experience practicing Labor & Employment law. Interested candidates must be seasoned attorneys who can assist clients in various areas, including employee recruiting and defection, trade secrets, non-competition, non-solicitation, non-disclosure agreements and other employment contract matters. Experience with FINRA Dispute Resolution is a plus. The position offers the opportunity to work in our thriving Labor & Employment Practice Group, which involves engaging legal assignments and direct interaction with clients.
