Buchanan currently has an available position at our Philadelphia Office for a Mid/Senior level Attorney who has 5-8 years’ experience practicing Labor & Employment law. Interested candidates must be seasoned attorneys who can assist clients in various areas, including employee recruiting and defection, trade secrets, non-competition, non-solicitation, non-disclosure agreements and other employment contract matters. Experience with FINRA Dispute Resolution is a plus. The position offers the opportunity to work in our thriving Labor & Employment Practice Group, which involves engaging legal assignments and direct interaction with clients. This role operates within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional academic achievements, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and manage their own workload, as well as excellent research and writing skills. The ideal candidate would possess the capability to handle pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
