New York - Restructuring (3L)

Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP is seeking highly-qualified 3L students to join its premier Restructuring practice as an entry-level associate in the fall of 2026. This position is for the New York office only. We are looking for highly motivated candidates with strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
