Tax Associate (2+ Years) - New York, NY Office

Cadwalader’s Tax department is seeking a junior and/or mid-level tax associate with capital markets, corporate and/or restructuring transactional experience. We are open to candidates with at least two years of experience, but the ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of AmLaw 100 experience with preparation and negotiation of documents, and has familiarity with the ideas and issues surrounding Tax law. Candidates must be barred in NY or have already applied for admission in NY.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $235,000 to $390,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
