Description
The Financial Institutions Group is seeking a mid-level associate (class of 2015-2018) with solid insurance regulatory experience. Ideal candidate will have experience with Insurance Holding Company Act filings as well as excellent drafting and research skills. Solid credentials are a must. The group is also seeking a junior to mid-level associate (class of 2016-2019) with insurance M&A transactional experience, including experience with complex reinsurance transactions. Junior associates with a strong general M&A background, who are willing to be trained, will also be considered. Solid credentials are a must. Additionally, the group is seeking a senior-level associate (class of 2015 or senior) with insurance M&A transactional experience, including experience with complex reinsurance transactions. Solid credentials and ability to operate independently are a must.
