The Opportunity Levenfeld Pearlstein (LP) is currently seeking partners with 8+ years of real estate joint venture experience to join our growing Real Estate Group. The ideal candidate will have experience representing sophisticated institutional owners and investors, as well as operators and developers, on complex real estate joint venture transactions. Experience with real estate finance and/or real estate private equity fund formation is a plus. Portable business is a plus, but is not required.
