Candidates should have at least four years of experience and should have experience taking a lead role on private equity and leveraged buyout transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, supervising and training junior associates and coordinating legal specialist working on the deal team. In New York City, the estimated target salary range of this role is $310,000 – $420,000.
