About the role We are currently seeking an experienced mid level lawyer to join our growing Perth Real Estate practice on a full time permanent basis. Working with highly regarded partners, Michael Hain and Simon Moen, who have a demonstrated history of providing solutions for clients in real estate matters and listed in Best Lawyers in Australia as leading lawyers, this is a great opportunity to join the team and build your career. You will have the opportunity to: Work autonomously in a collaborative environment with a strong focus on learning and career development Develop a deeper understanding of the laws relevant to a real estate practice Work on cross border and cross practice group matters Learn how real estate transactions are structured Draft, negotiate and settle sale and purchase agreements for commercial, industrial, retail and green fields residential land Draft and negotiate complex agreements for lease and leases Assist with strategic land tenure and property law advice Draft and negotiate transaction documents for urban renewal projects Draft and interpret management, services and development agreements Draft documents and advise in relation to expressions of interest, requests for tender and heads of agreement Develop a deeper knowledge of Landgate, PEXA and OSR processes Participate in business development and client relationship activities and develop their skills in these areas.
