Alston & Bird has an immediate opening in the Consumer Protection/FTC team, within the Litigation & Trial Practice group, for an associate with 4 to 5+ years’ experience in investigations and litigation. This position may be resident in the Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, DC offices. The ideal candidate will have previous agency experience in the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, or in private practice handling regular matters before the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection in areas such as marketing and advertising, financial practices, and privacy. Experience in the FTC’s Bureau of Competition is not applicable to this role. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills are required.
