Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks an experienced associate for its growing financial restructuring practice in Atlanta, New York, Chicago, Charlotte or Houston. Qualified candidates will be a self-starter with great client management skills, superior academic credentials and previous large law firm experience. Candidates will also have experience representing debtors, creditors and investors in a broad range of restructuring matters, including chapter 11 cases, cross-border insolvency matters, out-of-court restructurings and bankruptcy-related acquisitions and disputes. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate, Finance and Investments group and become a key team member in expanding our presence in one of the respective markets with existing and new clients.
