Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of corporate transactional experience to join its growing and highly collaborative Corporate Group. The candidate must have experience drafting merger and acquisition agreements, LLC/shareholder agreements, securities offering documents, and other corporate transactional documents and will also have experience advising middle market companies on various general corporate matters. Experience leading sophisticated M&A transactions, particularly involving private equity, is a plus. We are looking for someone who is bright, eager to learn and is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.
