Seeking associate with significant experience in insurance coverage litigation/arbitration either for or against insurers but preferably against insurers. The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex insurance coverage matters, with experience handling insurance coverage dispute issues in federal or state courts and/or arbitrations, including discovery, factual preparation and legal briefing. The ideal candidate will also have broad experience with litigation-based research and writing, including, but not limited to, briefing all aspects of an insurance coverage dispute. A PLUS Factor would be some working experience in the area of directors and officers liability insurance as a significant amount of time, on an increasing basis, is dedicated to the review of client policies and advice in this area. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience is preferred. Class of '12 or '13
