The Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP seeks a bankruptcy attorney with 3-4 years of bankruptcy and litigation experience. Successful candidates will have a combination of experience with bankruptcy motion practice, bankruptcy litigation in contested motion practice and adversary proceedings (including appeals), as well as commercial and creditor rights litigation and restructuring experience. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills are strongly preferred. Admission to the Illinois Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois is required.
