The Opportunity Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking a tax attorney with 4-7 years of transactional tax experience to join its growing and highly collaborative Corporate Group. The candidate must have experience reviewing and commenting on purchase agreements, operating agreements and other transactional documents from a tax perspective and possess a well-rounded federal corporate, partnership and real estate tax knowledge. The qualified candidate should have experience with private equity transactions and/or real estate joint ventures. Experience in reviewing and/or drafting corporate documents, such as operating agreements and leading transactions from a tax perspective is a plus. We are looking for someone who is bright, eager to learn and a is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law. Portable business is not required. Law firm experience is preferred.
