Ideal candidates should have a general transactional tax background which includes corporate and partnership M&A transactions and real estate transactions. Candidates with significant experience working with REITs and real estate funds are strongly preferred. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required. Candidates must be admitted to the New York bar or meet the requirements to waive in.
