The Asia Pacific offices of Skadden have a newly established funds practice as part of our top tier Investment Management Group globally. We are seeking a mid-level associate (3-5 years experience; preferably with a Juris Doctor) with experience in Fund Formation from a strong international practice. The candidate can be based in Hong Kong, Shanghai or Beijing. While we prefer Chinese language skills for this position, they are not essential.
