Day Pitney’s Intellectual Property & Technology group is seeking a Senior Associate with a minimum of 3-5 years of trademark experience to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have in-depth experience with all aspects of domestic and global trademark prosecution, strategy, enforcement and management, including trademark counseling, clearance search and analysis, prosecution and maintenance, portfolio management, trademark disputes, internet and e-commerce, online investigations and enforcement matters. Ideal candidates will also have experience structuring, drafting and negotiating agreements and contractual provisions related to IP and trademark matters. Experience managing IP due diligence, litigation discovery and trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) is a plus.
