Our Delaware office seeks a bankruptcy litigation associate with two to three years of experience representing parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and creditors’ rights litigation. Ballard also maintains one of the top commercial landlord practices in the nation and appears in nearly every major retail bankruptcy case filed in the US. Qualified candidates must have superior academic credentials, communication skills, and written work product. Active bar license is required, licensed in DE is preferred.
