We are seeking an attorney for a Knowledge Management Specialist position in Cahill’s New York office for our leveraged finance practice group. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in leveraged finance, with substantial exposure to high yield bond financings, term loan financings and/or debt financing commitment papers. This Specialist will work to summarize and track key terms of completed transactions, as well as track and provide timely communication on evolving market trends. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, experience with corporate research, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar. Schedule: 40 hours per week maximum fixed schedule or flexible schedule. Flex-time also available.
