Our Intellectual Property team provides market leading advice, and skilled handling of complex high-profile patent and other types of IP litigation. We are experienced in working with our global teams to provide a seamless global offering to our clients. Working alongside award winning Partner Jackie O’Brien this an opportunity to be involved in market leading IP litigation, in particular, patent litigation. You will have the opportunity to project manage large, complex IP litigation matters working alongside other vibrant and dynamic practitioners. To be considered for this role you must have; Requirements A minimum of 1 years PQE ideally gained within a reputable Patent litigation practice Experience and expertise with patent litigation and strong project management skills Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple conflicting priorities simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong drafting skills Intellectual curiosity and a love of learning The successful candidate will need to be an energetic, driven and focused individual with exceptional academic achievements.
