The Financial Institutions Group in the New York office is looking for mid-level associates (i.e., class of 2021-2019) with M&A transactional experience, including experience with financial institutions transactions. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred. The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $260,000-$365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
