Description
Robinson+Cole, a Vault "Top Ranked" Am Law 200 firm, seeks a commercial contracts attorney to join its Business Transactions Group in any of its East Coast offices. This position will include working with several of our practice groups, including our nationally recognized manufacturing industry practice team. Robinson+Cole’s work for industrial, manufacturing and distribution clients across the United States and globally has been a trendsetter in the legal industry. We represent a variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 50 companies to privately held and family-owned companies, and have a demonstrated history of excellence. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of four years’ experience as a practicing attorney and will have experience drafting and negotiating agreements and documents relating to commercial transactions and general corporate matters.
