Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an associate to join its national major projects practice in one of the following of its offices: Boulder, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Des Moines, Fort Wayne (IN), Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, and Princeton (NJ). Our ideal candidate will possess four to six years of transactional experience in energy, renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure projects, including drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, P3 agreements, CMAR agreements, subcontractor and supply agreements, and a variety of other commercial contracting and project finance documents. The candidate should be ready to apply that experience to interesting and challenging matters in a thriving and fast-paced practice. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required. In alignment with applicable Colorado state law, applications for this role will be accepted through April 1, 2024. The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $180,000 - $305,000. Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law. The initial salary range listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker’s total compensation and benefits package for attorneys, which includes, but is not limited to, productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
