Position Summary Our Seattle office has a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney with extensive traditional labor law experience to join the firm’s expanding practice. The position would allow the right candidate to assume a major role in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, representation petitions, and unfair labor practice charges. Our firm can provide multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities. Requirements Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Washington. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Candidates must have at least 5+ years of traditional labor law experience. Excellent analytical and writing skills are required. Benefits In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected base salary range for this position is between $165,000 and $200,000+. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
