Gibbons is seeking a transactional real estate attorney to join the firm’s Real Property Group. Requirements: At least four (4) years of transactional real estate experience with a private firm in New Jersey or New York Barred in New Jersey and New York (or barred in one and able to become barred in the other) Significant experience with commercial real estate financing (preferably borrower side) Significant experience with commercial leasing (landlord and tenant side) Experience with acquisitions and dispositions (purchase and sale) considered a bonus Experience with redevelopment work in New Jersey considered an additional bonus Please send resume to Francelina Ayala, Recruiting Coordinator
