Jones Day is looking for an Associate with 3 - 6 years of technology/IP transactional experience with a background and experience in technology and/or life sciences transactions, and providing support on technology and IP aspects of corporate transactions. You will be working closely with Partners and Associates around the Firm on projects relating to technology, life sciences, digital innovation and commercial arrangements in a diverse range of industries. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting agreements and providing advice to clients, interacting directly with clients and members of the Firm, as well as mentoring junior lawyers on the team. Jones Day’s Licensing and Technology Transactions team is highly regarded and our clients come to us for help on their most interesting transactions. The pay scale for this role in the New York or Silicon Valley office is $225,000 - $435,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
