THE DAY-TO-DAY: As an associate in the Real Estate Department,you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, andgroundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. YOU HAVE: · At least three years of extensive experiencewith servicing or special servicing matters, including consents, assumptions,defeasance, default management or commercial securitizations. · At least three years of extensive experience indispositions, acquisitions and financings of commercial real property. · Interest in joining and actively contributing toa dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified clientbase. · Excellent academic credentials, as well as highlevel analytic, verbal and written communication skills. · Admission to the North Carolina bar is required WHAT WE PROVIDE: We provide competitive salary and benefits atall levels.
