Houston Haynes Boone is seeking a 3-5 year associate to join our ERISA group in our Houston office. Candidates with experience in conducting due diligence in corporate transactions and drafting resolutions, agreements, retirement plan amendments and documents, and equity plans is preferred. Prior experience in ERISA or tax also preferred but not required. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, keen attention to detail, excellent writing and communication skills, and should enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting.
