ABOUT THE ROLE: Parker Poe is seeking a transactional associate with one to three years of experience to join our Intellectual Property Practice Group in Charlotte or Raleigh, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including technology agreements, supply and distribution agreements, services and consulting agreements, development and collaboration agreements, and material transfer and evaluation agreements. Although the position would fall within our Intellectual Property Practice Group, prior IP experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who has an interest in the life sciences industry and has exceptional drafting and analytical skills. State Bar of North Carolina licensure is required.
