Sacks Tierney is seeking an associate attorney to join our Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Commercial Litigation teams. The ideal candidate will have some experience in Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, Chapter 7 liquidation proceedings and bankruptcy litigation, including matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers, as well as state and federal commercial court proceedings. Candidates should be licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona and have excellent academic credentials with two to four years of relevant experience.
