The law offices of Marshall Dennehey, a leading Am Law 200 civil defense litigation firm, is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join a busy Special Investigation/Personal Injury Protection practice in its Mt. Laurel office. This team works as a national unit to serve the insurance industry and the ideal candidate is one who works proactively and creatively. The candidate’s cases will range from fraud/special investigations (medical provider fraud, staged accidents, first party property and others), to no fault litigation filed in all fifty (50) States. The candidate can expect to work with litigation group that will continue to nourish their development within the area of practice.
