Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, a 150+ attorney law firm in Denver, Colorado, is seeking qualified candidates for an open associate position in our tax department. Preferred applicants will be 3-6 years out of law school with sophisticated experience in one or more of the following areas: corporate and partnership tax, executive compensation, general transactional tax, state and local tax, and U.S. taxation of transactions involving foreign entities.
