Davis Graham & Stubbs’ Reno office is seeking a trial associate with 2-4 years of experience to contribute to its thriving litigation practice. Applicants must have experience and continued interest in business litigation including natural resources, bankruptcy, and other commercial litigation. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated experience in all aspects of litigation, including complex discovery, motions practice, deposition experience, and case management for complex cases. Applicants must have excellent writing and advocacy skills as well as stellar academic credentials. Direct client interaction, strong verbal and interpersonal skills required. Judicial clerkship and/or law review a plus, as is large or sophisticated boutique law firm experience. We are NOT accepting applications from recruiters for this position.
