Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school are required. Qualified candidates will have significant experience in commercial chapter 11 cases and related adversary litigation. The work will involve drafting pleadings, participating in discovery, attending and participating in court proceedings, and assisting teams in work for both debtor and creditor clients. The ideal candidate will be able to handle certain matters independently, along with managing related clients, without significant supervision or direction.
