We regularly assist our clients with commercial litigation, LLC, shareholder, and partnership dispute litigation, commercial real estate litigation, broker-dealer litigation, restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation, trusts & estates litigation, debtor-creditor disputes and litigation, finance and bankruptcy litigation, and litigation involving other matters. Our litigation practice crosses multiple industries and jurisdictions. The Opportunity Levenfeld Pearlstein is looking for a litigation associate with 2-4 years of commercial business litigation experience. Court experience and experience with injunctions, as well as insolvency & bankruptcy litigation are a plus. Candidates must have strong writing and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is bright, eager to continue to learn and develop new skills and who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.
